Gather up the kids and head out to Dacca Park on June 28 for the ninth annual City of Fife Family Affair car show. With room for more than 300 vehicles, this wonderful venue has been the home for this very popular, family oriented car show for the past eight years and this year is looking to be one of the best yet. This fun, pre-4th of July event is free to the general public and includes a food vendor, a huge camera session (bring your camera!), CD and DVD giveaways and much more.

All registrations will receive a one-of-a-kind dash plaque and a rare 1952 movie, “Star and Stripes Forever,” featuring Clifton Webb and Robert Wagner – a wonderful way to enjoy the 4th of July and be reminded of the greatness of our wonderful country.

Many awards will be given as well, including the Mayor’s Award, City of Fife Award, Fife City Council Award, Fife Fire Department Award, Fife Police Department Award, Fife Milton Edgewood Chamber of Commerce Award, Fife Museum Award, DJ’s Award, two Club Participation Awards and 20 Fine Ride Awards. There will also be a special Perpetual Award that Deputy Mayor Pat Hulcey will be announcing. There will be door prizes, music…something for everyone.

Registration is just $15. For additional information, call Walt Kaplin at (253) 858-8739 or e-mail .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
