Signal home deliveries dropped in two ZIP codes

After about one year of free home deliveries to Milton-Edgewood Signal readers, Pierce County Community Newspaper group has had to cut back on home-delivery services due to lack of additional sales revenue.

As of October 2009, the Milton-Edgewood Signal will no longer be delivered to home addresses in the 98371 and 98372 ZIP codes without a paid subscription.

No changes have been made in the deliveries of the Fife Free Press Newspaper.

The Signal can still be picked up at public locations, including Edgewood City Hall, Timberland Bank, and various other shops, restaurants and businesses in the Milton and Edgewood areas.
