No vacancy at City Hall

Edgewood City Council approved a lease agreement Feb. 9 with North Sky Engineering: City Hall’s new tenants.
North Sky will be leasing 2,510 square feet of City Hall’s unused first floor for $3,765 a month ($18 per square foot). This will generate about $45,000 in one year for the city’s general fund.
North Sky will begin occupying the space June 1 and has committed to a one-year lease.
The monthly rental cost includes leasehold excise tax and utility charges for water, gas, electricity and sewer service.
