The Pierce County Library Board will discuss services for the city of Fife and a new location for the Milton-Edgewood Library on Wednesday, Feb. 10 from 3:30-6 p.m.

For the first time, Fife residents can check out materials from the Library system's bookmobile, beginning Feb. 8. Strategies for expanding services to the residents of Fife will also be discussed.

Also during the meeting, managers will update the Board about the progress to move the Milton-Edgewood Library to a larger, more centrally located space. They will use information gleaned from the public during the Feb. 4 open house at the new site. Managers will also use information from the public surveys available online or at the current library branch.

The Library Board meeting will take place at the Pierce County Library System's Processing and Administration Center located at 3005 112th Street East, in Tacoma.
