Photos wanted for Fife history book

Members of the Fife History Museum are searching for photos depicting the early families, farms and businesses in Fife. Photos submitted may be selected for use in a book about the history of the city.
Susan Kaelin, the former vice president of the Fife Historical Society’s Board of Directors, is hopeful that those with deep roots in the Fife community will be willing to share some of their photographic treasures so that the story of Fife in the late 19th and early 20th centuries can be told.
The particular publishing company that Kaelin is working with requires between 180 and 240 original, historical photos. Credits for photographs will be included in the proposed Fife book. She is hopeful that with the help of enough contributors, the project will be a success.
Those interested in submitting pieces should include pertinent information about each of the photos as well. Those interested in loaning photos for scanning may also do so by leaving them for Kaelin at the Fife History Museum.
