The Surprise Lake Middle School community brought in an impressive 4,000-plus items for the annual school-wide food drive. All of these items were taken to the school’s Resource Center, located on the Discovery Primary School campus, that serves the local community. Food was collected in the first-period classes with Mrs. Peters’ and Mr. Stockman’s classes taking top honors. The entire building then formed a brigade line to move the food from a portable on campus to the final destination. It was a total team effort!
